North Carolina High School Volleyball - Freedom crushed by Hibriten

The Hibriten Panthers prevailed the visiting Freedom Patriots volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.

The Panthers now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Wilkes Central for a non-league bout on Monday, August 18. Hibriten will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Freedom drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC) to confront the Cavaliers in a non-league match on Thursday, August 14. The Cavaliers enter the match with a record of 0-1. East Burke lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against University Christian (Hickory, NC)
