The Green River Pirates volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Wendover Wildcats to 1 in the Pirates non-league victory on Saturday.

The Pirates now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gunnison Valley for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 17.

The Wildcats (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Manila (Manila, UT). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Manila dropped by Draper APA (Draper, UT), 3-0, in a non-league game.
