Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Wilkinson County Christian Academy Rams (Woodville, MS) and the visiting Adams County Christian Rebels (Natchez, MS), witnessed Wilkinson County Christian Academy's softball squad hold off Adams County Christian by a final score of 11-10.
The Rams (6-2) will now prepare for their bout against Rebul Academy (Learned, MS). The Raiders go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Rebul Academy held off Sharkey Issaquena Academy (Rolling Fork, MS), 14-5, in a non-league bout.
The Rebels now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Centreville Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 15. Adams County Christian will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Silliman Institute (Clinton, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.
