Broken Bow Savages (Broken Bow, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Fort Gibson Tigers (Fort Gibson, OK), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Savages now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Muldrow for a 4A District 5 challenge on Tuesday, August 15. Broken Bow will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Keota (Keota, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-7.

With the loss, Fort Gibson falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Muldrow (Muldrow, OK) to battle the Bulldogs in a 4A District 5 challenge on Friday, August 18. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 8-7.
