Oklahoma High School Softball - Purcell bounces Sulphur

The Purcell Dragons routed the visiting Sulphur Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Dragons (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Byng (Ada, OK). The Pirates go into the 4A District 4 battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, Byng topped Madill (Madill, OK), 8-4, in a non-league battle.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Dickson for a 4A District 1 battle on Tuesday, August 15. Sulphur will meet a Comets squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Ada (Ada, OK). The Comets record now stands at 2-0.
