The Danville Admirals volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Berea Pirates to 1 in the Admirals non-league victory on Monday.
The Admirals now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boyle County for a District 45 game on Tuesday, August 15.
The Pirates (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Madison Central (Richmond, KY). The Indians enter the District 44 game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Madison Central dropped by Frederick Douglass (Lexington, KY), 3-1, in a non-league game.
