The North Lenoir Hawks (LaGrange, NC) volleyball overcame the visiting SouthWest Edgecombe Cougars (Pinetops, NC), 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, North Lenoir upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Hawks host Southern Wayne (Dudley, NC) to face the Saints in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 17. The Saints go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Southern Wayne won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC)
