The Triton Hawks edged the visiting C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Hawks face the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, August 20. Triton will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Golden Bulls go into the game with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Hoke County (Raeford, NC).
The Golden Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their game against J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC). The Rampants go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, J.H. Rose nudged West Carteret (Morehead City, NC), 2-0, in a non-league game.
