North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Uwharrie Charter Eagles (Asheboro, NC), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Davidson improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Black Knights travel to Randleman (Randleman, NC) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, August 15. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 0-1. Randleman lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Eagles now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Phoenix Academy for a non-league test on Monday, August 19. Uwharrie Charter will face a Firebirds squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC). The Firebirds record now stands at 0-1.
