Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC) and the host Ragsdale Tigers (Jamestown, NC), observed Southeast Guilford's volleyball team hold off Ragsdale by a count of 2-1.

The Falcons (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC). The Cowboys go into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Southwest Guilford tipped Western Alamance (Elon, NC), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

The Tigers now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southern Guilford for a non-league battle on Monday, August 18.
