In Thursday's non-league bout, the visiting Ragsdale Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Bishop McGuinness Villains.
The Tigers now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Wesleyan Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 16. Ragsdale will play a Trojans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Reagan (Pfafftown, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Bishop McGuinness moves to 0-1 on the campaign. The Villains travel to Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league game on Saturday, August 16. The Hornets come into the game with a record of 1-0. Western Guilford won 5-3 in their recent non-league game against High Point Central (High Point, NC)
