Palacios Sharks (Palacios, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Boling Bulldogs (Boling, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Sharks (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Angleton Christian (Angleton, TX). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Angleton Christian was beaten by Van Vleck (Van Vleck, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brazosport for a non-league test on Thursday, August 14. Boling will face a Exporters squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX). The Exporters record now stands at 0-1.
