In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Cayuga Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Mildred Eagles.

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, S & S Consolidated was beaten by Callisburg (Gainesville, TX), 3-2, in a non-league test.

Next, the Eagles play the Scurry-Rosser Wildcats (Scurry, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 14. Mildred will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Rains (Emory, TX).
