MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Duncan Demons (Duncan, OK), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, MacArthur improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Highlanders travel to Claremore (Claremore, OK) to encounter the Zebras in a non-league test on Saturday, August 16. The Zebras go into the test with a record of 2-1.

The Demons now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chickasha for a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 16. Duncan will meet a Fighting Chicks team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK). The Fighting Chicks record now stands at 1-1.
