The Cowboys (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Orange Grove (Orange Grove, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Orange Grove notched a victory over Sinton (Sinton, TX), 3-2, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Lions battle the Annapolis Christian Academy Warriors (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 14. Kenedy will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
