The Clarkrange Buffaloes volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting York Institute Dragons to 0 in the Buffaloes league victory on Monday.

The Buffaloes now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coalfield for a A District 3 game on Tuesday, August 16. Clarkrange will meet a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 3-1 league win over Wartburg Central (Wartburg, TN). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-0.

The Dragons (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Greenback (Greenback, TN). The Cherokees enter the A District 3 game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Greenback was dropped by Oliver Springs (Oliver Springs, TN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
