Kentucky High School Volleyball - Metcalfe County over Barren County

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY) and the visiting Barren County Trojans (Glasgow, KY), saw Metcalfe County's volleyball squad beat Barren County by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Metcalfe County upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Hornets travel to Russell County (Russell Springs, KY) to play the Lakers in a bout on Thursday, August 17. The Lakers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Trojans now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Adair County for a non-league bout on Monday, September 18.
