The Southwest SD Raiders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting O'Farrell Charter Falcons to 0 in the Raiders non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Raiders now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host High Tech Mesa for a non-league game on Monday, August 21. Southwest SD will meet a Thunder team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over El Cajon Valley (El Cajon, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 1-0.
The Falcons (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA). The Matadors enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Mount Miguel was dropped by Lincoln (San Diego, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
