The St. John Bosco Academy held off the host Scholars Guild Academy Spartans volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pinecrest Academy for a test on Thursday, August 17.
The Spartans (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, GA). The Paladins enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Pinecrest Academy was nudged by St. John Bosco Academy (Cumming, GA), 2-0, in a league test.
