The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Sevier County Smoky Bears (Sevierville, TN) and the visiting Alcoa Tornadoes (Alcoa, TN), saw Sevier County's volleyball squad beat Alcoa by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Sevier County upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Smoky Bears host Grainger (Rutledge, TN) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Monday, August 21. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Grainger lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Morristown-Hamblen West (Morristown, TN)

The Tornadoes now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Webb for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 17. Alcoa will play a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Oak Ridge (Oak Ridge, TN). The Spartans record now stands at 2-0.
