North Carolina High School Volleyball - Piedmont Classical overwhelmed by Cornerstone Charter

In Tuesday's league battle, the host Cornerstone Charter Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Piedmont Classical Bobcats.

The Cardinals (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Eno River (Hillsborough, NC). The Bobcats come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Eno River lost by Cedar Ridge (Hillsborough, NC), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Bobcats clash with the College Prep & Leadership Academy Royals (Jamestown, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A battle, on Thursday, August 17. Piedmont Classical will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Royals come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Millennium (Mount Airy, NC).
