The Spring Creek Gators volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Hobbton Wildcats to 2 in the Gators non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Gators now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clinton for a non-league game on Thursday, August 17. Spring Creek will meet a Dark Horses team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC). The Dark Horses record now stands at 1-1.
The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their game against James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, James Kenan was nudged by Union (Rose Hill, NC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
