The Cardinals (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Union County (Morganfield, KY). The Braves come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Union County lost by Caldwell County (Princeton, KY), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the Fort Campbell Falcons (Fort Campbell, KY) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, August 17. Trigg County will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Northeast (Clarksville, TN).
