Texas High School Volleyball - St. Joseph over Yoakum

St. Joseph Flyers (Victoria, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Yoakum Bulldogs (Yoakum, TX), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Flyers battle the Burton Panthers (Burton, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 17. St. Joseph will attempt to advance on its 6-0 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 5-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Iola (Iola, TX).

With the loss, Yoakum drops to 6-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Round Top-Carmine (Carmine, TX) to battle the Cubs in a non-league match on Thursday, August 17. The Cubs come into the match with a record of 7-4. Round Top-Carmine won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Navasota (Navasota, TX)
