The North Lenoir Hawks soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Princeton Bulldogs to 3 in the Hawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Southern Wayne for a non-league bout on Monday, August 19. North Lenoir will play a Saints squad coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Saints record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Princeton moves to 0-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host South Lenoir (Deep Run, NC) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 20. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
