The Scorpions (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Shoemaker (Killeen, TX). The Wolves come into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Shoemaker lost by Lubbock-Cooper (Lubbock, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulls meet the Temple Wildcats (Temple, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 16. Bridgeport will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Centennial (Frisco, TX).
