The Enid Plainsmen softball team scored 2 runs and held the host Bartlesville Bruins to 1 in the Plainsmen league win on Friday.
The Plainsmen now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Stratford for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 15. Enid will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Asher (Asher, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Bartlesville moves to 1-1 on the season. The Bruins travel to Altus (Altus, OK) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, August 16. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Altus won 11-1 in their recent league challenge against MacArthur (Lawton, OK)
