The Porum Panthers (Porum, OK) softball routed the host Porter Pirates (Porter, OK), 13-2 in Friday's league outing.
The Panthers now have a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Konawa for a non-league test on Saturday, August 16. Porum will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Commerce (Commerce, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 4-3.
The Pirates (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Foyil (Foyil, OK). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Foyil thwarted Welch (Welch, OK), 16-4, in a non-league contest.
