The Canyon Cowboys topped the host Golden Valley Grizzlies volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Cowboys now have a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to San Dimas for a non-league game on Saturday, August 16. Canyon will confront a Saints squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Ayala (Chino Hills, CA). The Saints record now stands at 1-0.

The Grizzlies (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Saugus (Saugus, CA). The Centurions come into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Saugus defeated Highland (Palmdale, CA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
