Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Christ Academy Warriors (Wichita Falls, TX) and the visiting Quanah Indians (Quanah, TX), observed Christ Academy's volleyball team hold off Quanah by a tally of 2-1.

The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Seymour (Seymour, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Seymour tipped Bellevue (Bellevue, TX), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Indians now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Petrolia for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. Quanah will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to City View (Wichita Falls, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 0-2.
