In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Verdigris Cardinals volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Oklahoma Bible Trojans.
The Cardinals (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bethany (Bethany, OK). The Bronchos enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Bethany beat Weatherford (Weatherford, OK), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Trojans meet the Tecumseh Savages (Tecumseh, OK) in a non-league test, on Friday, August 15. Oklahoma Bible will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Savages go into the test with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Heritage Hall (Oklahoma City, OK).
