The Hutchison Sting held off the visiting St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league test.
The Sting now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Benedict at Auburndale for a test on Tuesday, September 13.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Lausanne Collegiate (Memphis, TN). The Lynx enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
