Texas High School Volleyball - Gilmer routed by Marshall

The Gilmer Buckeyes volleyball team (Gilmer, TX), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Marshall Mavericks (Marshall, TX)

The Mavericks (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Spring Hill (Longview, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Spring Hill achieved victory over Beckville (Beckville, TX), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Buckeyes clash with the Hallsville Bobcats (Hallsville, TX) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 19. Gilmer will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record. The Bobcats come into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Lufkin (Lufkin, TX).
