North Carolina High School Volleyball - Gray's Creek over Hoke County

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) and the host Hoke County Bucks (Raeford, NC), saw Gray's Creek's volleyball squad beat Hoke County by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Gray's Creek upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bears host Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 17. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Bucks now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lumberton for a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 17. Hoke County will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Fairmont (Fairmont, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 1-0.
