Indiana High School Soccer - La Porte overwhelmed by Chesterton

In Wednesday's league battle, the host Chesterton Trojans soccer squad scored a close 4-0 triumph over the La Porte Slicers.

The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Michigan City (Michigan City, IN). The Wolves come into the Duneland battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Michigan City by New Prairie (New Carlisle, IN), 2-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Slicers battle the Plymouth Pilgrims/Rockies (Plymouth, IN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, August 21. La Porte will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Pilgrims/Rockies go into the bout with a 0-0 record after their 2-2 non-league Bremen (Bremen, IN).
