The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Choctaw Yellowjackets (Choctaw, OK) and the visiting Mustang Broncos (Mustang, OK), observed Choctaw's softball team get by Mustang by a final score of 7-2.

The Yellowjackets (6-0) will now prepare for their bout against Southmoore (Moore, OK). The SaberCats go into the 6A District 1 bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Southmoore tipped Blanchard (Blanchard, OK), 6-5, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Broncos battle the Tuttle Tigers (Tuttle, OK) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, August 17. Mustang will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 11-2 non-league win over Marlow (Marlow, OK).
