Georgia High School Volleyball - Academy for Classical Education can't get by Perry

The Perry Panthers edged the visiting Academy for Classical Education Gryphons volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Coming up next, the Panthers play the Veterans Warhawks (Kathleen, GA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, August 20. Perry will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Warhawks come into the outing with a 8-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Northside (Warner Robins, GA).

With the loss, Academy for Classical Education drops to 9-5 on the campaign. The Gryphons travel to Central (Macon, GA) to confront the Chargers in a 1A Area 2 game on Tuesday, August 19. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 1-0. Central won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Howard (Macon, GA)
