The Cardinals (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, Rio Vista edged Bishop Reicher Catholic (Waco, TX), 2-0, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Bishop Reicher Catholic drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Hillsboro (Hillsboro, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21. The Eagles come into the outing with a record of 5-3.
