Fans at Saturday's league contest between the Norman North Timberwolves (Norman, OK) and the host Deer Creek Antlers (Edmond, OK), saw Norman North's volleyball squad nudge Deer Creek by a score of 3-2.
With the win, Norman North improves its record to 1-5 on the season. The Timberwolves host Muskogee (Muskogee, OK) to face the Roughers in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. The Roughers go into the test with a record of 0-2.
The Antlers now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Moore for a Central Oklahoma challenge on Tuesday, August 19. Deer Creek will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Piedmont (Piedmont, OK). The Lions record now stands at 0-2.
