Fans at Saturday's league contest between the Enterprise Bulldogs (Enterprise, MS) and the host Southeast Lauderdale Tigers (Meridian, MS), observed Enterprise's volleyball team top Southeast Lauderdale by a count of 3-0.

The Bulldogs (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Newton County (Decatur, MS). The Cougars go into the non-league battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Newton County achieved victory over Northeast Jones (Laurel, MS), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Tigers now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Enterprise for a Class 3A Region 5 battle on Tuesday, August 19. Southeast Lauderdale will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Newton County (Decatur, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.
