Texas High School Volleyball - Jay over Harlandale

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Jay Mustangs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Harlandale Indians.

The Mustangs now have a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to McCollum for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 16. Jay will play a Cowboys team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Holmes (San Antonio, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Harlandale drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Indians host MacArthur (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Brahmas in a 5A Region IV District 28 game on Tuesday, August 19. The Brahmas go into the game with a record of 3-2. MacArthur won 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Tournament Opponent (, )
