Texas High School Volleyball - Wylie tips Midland

The Wylie Bulldogs (Abilene, TX) volleyball held off the visiting Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Bulldogs now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 16. Wylie will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Jim Ned (Tuscola, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Midland drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Andrews (Andrews, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league match on Saturday, August 16. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 3-1. Andrews won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Frenship (Wolfforth, TX)
