The Eagles (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Dallas Christian Academy (Dallas, TX). The go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Dallas Christian Academy was edged by Grace Prep (Arlington, TX), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Titans now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edna for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. Victoria East will face a Cowboys squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Round Top-Carmine (Carmine, TX). The Cowboys record now stands at 0-5.
