The East Davidson Golden Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host North Davidson Black Knights to 0 in the Golden Eagles non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Golden Eagles now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Providence Grove for a non-league game on Thursday, August 18. East Davidson will meet a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 1-1.

The Black Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their game against South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Raiders enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, South Rowan was dropped by Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC), 3-2, in a non-league game.
