In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Franklin County Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Jefferson County Tigers.
The Bulldogs (10-0) will now prepare for their battle against Port Gibson (Port Gibson, MS). The Blue Waves come into the Class 3 Region 7 battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Port Gibson achieved victory over Hazlehurst (Hazlehurst, MS), 3-0, in a league test.
The Tigers (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Natchez (Natchez, MS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Natchez dropped by Florence (Florence, MS), 3-2, in a league test.
