Texas High School Volleyball - North Hopkins over Trenton

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the North Hopkins Panthers (Sulphur Springs, TX) and the visiting Trenton Tigers (Trenton, TX), saw North Hopkins's volleyball squad beat Trenton by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, North Hopkins upgrades its record to 6-4 on the year. The Panthers host Hooks (Hooks, TX) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 11-2. Hooks won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Ashdown (Ashdown, AR)

The Tigers now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Paris HomeSchool for a non-league bout on Friday, August 18. Trenton will play a squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Miller Grove (Cumby, TX). The record now stands at 0-2.
