The Moore Lions triumphed over the host Owasso Rams softball squad by a count of 9-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Edmond Memorial Bulldogs (Edmond, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 20. Moore will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to Westmoore (Oklahoma City, OK).

The Rams (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Union (Tulsa, OK). The Redhawks enter the 6A District 3 challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Union was routed by Fort Gibson (Fort Gibson, OK), 5-2, in a non-league challenge.
