Ohio High School Volleyball - Whiteoak Lynchburg-Clay

Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs (Lynchburg, OH) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Whiteoak Wildcats (Mowrystown, OH), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lynchburg-Clay improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Mustangs host Western (Latham, OH) to face the Indians in a non-league test on Monday, August 19. The Indians go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Wildcats now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fayetteville-Perry for a Southern Hills test on Tuesday, August 20. Whiteoak will face a Rockets squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 2-1.
