The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Taylorsville Warriors (Taylorsville, UT) and the host Cyprus Pirates (Magna, UT), saw Taylorsville's soccer squad triumph over Cyprus by a margin of 6-0.
The Warriors now sport a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Kearns for a 6A Region 2 test on Tuesday, August 23. Taylorsville will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Hunter (West Valley City, UT). The Cougars record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Cyprus drops to 1-3 on the season. The Pirates travel to Roy (Roy, UT) to meet the Royals in a 6A Region 2 test on Tuesday, August 23. The Royals come into the test with a record of 2-3. Roy 0-0 in their recent league test against West (Salt Lake City, UT)
