The Union Cougars soccer team scored 4 points and limited the visiting South Summit Wildcats to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Cougars face the Maeser Prep Academy Lions (Lindon, UT) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, August 23. Union will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Lions enter the contest with a 3-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Richfield (Richfield, UT).
The Wildcats now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to American Heritage for a 2A contest on Monday, August 22. South Summit will face a Patriots team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Emery (Castle Dale, UT). The Patriots record now stands at 3-0.
